DMCA Policy

Einen Motor Frisieren ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the provisions of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged copyright infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications if their content has been wrongfully removed.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the Einen Motor Frisieren website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify our designated copyright agent by providing the following information in writing:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Einen Motor Frisieren website (e.g., the URL(s) of the specific page(s) containing the material).
  4. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Einen Motor Frisieren may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
